Because our packing and unpacking services are performed in person at your location in the United States (including Long Island City, New York, and surrounding areas), they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. This policy explains how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our moving assistance services.

Cancellation Before Service

If you cancel before the scheduled packing or unpacking date, we will work with you to apply any deposit or prepaid amount toward a future booking, or to issue a refund according to the terms agreed at booking.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a new date. Rescheduling may be subject to availability and any policy stated in your booking confirmation.

During or After Service

If you are not satisfied with our work, please tell us immediately so we can address it. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly. Refunds or adjustments for completed work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and in line with your service agreement.
